bingo365 User Agreement

Access to and use of bingo365.club is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: (a) clicking "I Agree" or a similar confirmation during the registration process; (b) accessing or browsing any part of the bingo365 platform; or (c) placing a bet, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by bingo365.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of bingo365, including registered players, guests browsing the platform, and any person accessing bingo365.club from within the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is not prohibited by local law.

bingo365 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.

To be eligible to register and use bingo365, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• Be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bingo365 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• Not be self-excluded from bingo365 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

bingo365 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned at bingo365's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

To access the full range of bingo365 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) bingo365 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your bingo365 login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying bingo365 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date at all times.

bingo365 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any point during your use of the platform. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals.

bingo365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at bingo365's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the bingo365 cashier section and may vary depending on the payment method selected. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Deposits are credited to your bingo365 account balance upon confirmation of payment, typically within minutes.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a verified request, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• bingo365 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All funds deposited into your bingo365 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bingo365 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

bingo365 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations as administered by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Any suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

bingo365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and bingo365-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general terms set out in this Agreement.

Key conditions applicable to all bingo365 bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bingo365 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: bingo365 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of software errors.

All games available on bingo365 — including bingo, slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and all other titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by bingo365 or any third party.

Each game on the bingo365 platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets. bingo365 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, bingo365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, bets placed during the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
• bingo365 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or exploit techniques.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is available within the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

bingo365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We recognize that while the vast majority of players enjoy bingo365 as a form of entertainment, gambling can become problematic for some individuals. bingo365 provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

Responsible gaming tools available to all bingo365 players include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) to take a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from bingo365. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

bingo365 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the platform. Players are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites on shared devices.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bingo365 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the bingo365 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game results.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with bingo365 software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bingo365 staff or other players.
• Accessing bingo365 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on bingo365.club — including but not limited to the bingo365 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bingo365 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use bingo365.club solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from bingo365.club without the prior written consent of bingo365.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingo365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of bingo365.club, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

bingo365 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bingo365 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, bingo365's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

bingo365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the bingo365 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By registering with bingo365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized promotions where you have opted in to receive them.

bingo365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon termination for cause, bingo365 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the completion of any required investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bingo365 account may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

bingo365 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR for online gaming in the Philippines. Players are also subject to all applicable Philippine laws, including but not limited to the Data Privacy Act, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and any regulations issued by PAGCOR from time to time.

bingo365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bingo365 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of bingo365.club following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the bingo365 support team.
